Insulting. Was advised by Dr 'Frank' to take anti-inflammatories on an empty stomach regularly for excruciating neck pain, dangerously negligent given I already have family history of stomach ulcers -not that he bothered to ask. After I left his office clearly distressed he followed me into the waiting room & yelled at me in front of a dozen patients for a good 5 minutes. I lodged a complaint with the practice manager and after a fortnight received a generic dismissive letter.
Dr Hau however is wonderful and I wish he would join another practice.
